VIP Card Terms & Conditions
VIP Cards expire 2 years after their last use. Any remaining credit or ticket balance on an expired card will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Knightly’s Amusements is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or forgotten VIP Cards. Where possible, we will endeavour to replace a registered lost card and transfer any remaining balance for an administration fee of £1.
VIP Cards remain the property of Knightly’s Amusements.
Credits, tickets and prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Knightly’s Amusements reserves the right to amend game pricing, ticket values, prize availability and promotional offers at any time.
VIP Cards may only be used at participating Knightly’s Amusements locations and are not valid at other venues unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for checking their card balance before leaving the premises. Any discrepancies should be reported to a member of staff immediately.
Cards that have expired are securely recycled and any associated personal data is removed in accordance with our privacy policy. Personal data is retained only while your card remains active or until you request its deletion, subject to any legal obligations.
Knightly’s Amusements reserves the right to suspend or cancel any VIP Card where fraud, misuse or tampering is suspected.
